Keller Augusta is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. This pivotal position is integral to our capital markets division and will report directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering relationships with our institutional and private wealth partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with legal and technology departments to enhance the onboarding and subscription processes for both domestic and offshore investors.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution statements, ensuring a thorough internal review process.
  • Oversee the management of investor assignments and account modifications.
  • Facilitate the collection and processing of anti-money laundering (AML/KYC) documentation, ensuring compliance and thorough follow-up.
  • Assist in the formation and management of entities, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate investor accounts, including comprehensive document management.
  • Utilize and update the CRM system with pertinent client and prospect information.
  • Coordinate with accounting and tax teams to manage capital call and distribution activities.
  • Handle client account data requests, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance and investor services.
  • Engage with institutional investors and family offices, managing communications and addressing inquiries.
  • Craft and manage investor communication strategies, ensuring timely and relevant outreach.
  • Understand investor objectives and provide high-quality, responsive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years of experience in client service or operations within an alternative asset management or real estate private equity environment.
  • Experience with AML/KYC processes and financial services operations is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and transparency in all professional interactions.
