As an Assistant General Manager at The Wendy's Company, you will play a crucial part in the success of our restaurant operations. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring that all Company policies and procedures are followed, and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Participate in the achievement of store objectives and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Company's operating systems and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Experience with crew orientation and training programs.
