About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development Operations to join our team at Recovery Centers of America. This is a full-time salary position that requires work during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends being required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic and business objectives for the business development team through data analysis, Salesforce platform automation, and setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing Automation, the Salesforce administration team, and the Regional Business Development Managers to develop and execute high-level strategic initiatives and daily requirements and functions of the sales representatives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and sales enablement automation platforms and assets, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo.
  • Map the business development cycle, incorporating a Salesforce consultative selling model, and refine the Salesforce account structure to serve measurement and reporting needs.
  • Customer account segmentation and prioritization, lead integration and clean-up of other data sources, and lead management to ensure rep follow-up.
  • Manage data integrity, account hygiene, and ongoing pipeline.
  • Territory planning and sales coverage, including rep planning, goal setting, and KPIs.
  • Sales data analysis and reporting, including developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards, and leveraging data and market intelligence to assist in development of new sales processes and product development.
  • Marketing automation campaigns, including expertise on understanding how to leverage email and SMS templates for set-up and launch for B2B and B2C customer nurturing initiatives.
  • Collaboration and communications, including working closely with BDO leadership and field, and establishing consistent communication cadence.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in the addiction treatment field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and analyzing Salesforce data sets.
  • Bonus is experience in analyzing claims data.
  • Clear understanding of CRM workflows and ability to recommend improvements to improve data integrity and processes.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills are a plus.
