ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Culinary Preparation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing and labeling all ingredients for easy access and efficiency.
  • Measuring and preparing ingredients and seasonings for cooking.
  • Chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing other cooking essentials.
  • Setting up workstations to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • Storing food and supplies in accordance with safety standards.
  • Completing opening and closing tasks as outlined.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace in all areas of the kitchen.
  • Assisting with cleaning duties in both kitchen and dining areas as necessary.
  • Adhering to sanitation protocols and health regulations.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
  • Timely completion of all assigned duties during opening and closing shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Language Skills
  • Proficient in English.
  • Basic Spanish skills are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and baking pizza dough.
  • Strong time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving around the kitchen.
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Hourly wage ranging from $16 to $20, based on experience.
