Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems. You will manage moderately complex external client inquiries.
  • Providing direct guidance to various organizational units to ensure prompt service delivery and issue resolution. Engaging with teams to ensure that challenges are being addressed effectively and efficiently.
  • Participating in product development and enhancement initiatives, as well as system testing, to ensure that our offerings accurately and efficiently handle high-value transactions.
  • Resolving intricate issues by leveraging your understanding of system intricacies. You will integrate extensive area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards to deliver solutions to both internal and external clients.
  • Offering support to junior client processing roles and may oversee the allocation and review of work performed by team members.
  • Possibly overseeing specific supervisory reviews, training, and approval processes.
  • Contributing to the achievement of related team objectives. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $25 per hour

The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
