Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Team Enterprises. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of our programs, and contributing to the overall growth of our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and serving as the main point of contact.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective advertising programs based on client needs.
  • Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Oversee budget allocations for programs, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and in line with client expectations.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Actively participate in the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within an advertising agency.
  • Experience in partnership marketing, brand management, consulting, account management, or business development for a sports league/team, media property, major corporation, or marketing agency.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must have the ability to gather information, analyze information, and report key insights with recommendations for solutions.
  • Creative thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team setting, interacting with key agencies/departments.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to contribute to and write presentations.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
