Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various front office duties. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and knowledge of financial information and data.
