Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton San Francisco Financial, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various hotel operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Registering guests and handling room assignments
- Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key management
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and software systems
- A competitive hourly rate: $16.00-$21.52
