Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton San Francisco Financial, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various hotel operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling room assignments
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key management
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and software systems
