Position Summary

The Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for profitability, and crafting strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal management of resources and effective distribution of services to clients.
  • Drive business performance to meet high standards as indicated by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning sessions as required.
  • Foster relationships across all levels of the organization to enhance collaboration.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team within the designated region.
  • Engage in the sales process by collaborating with the pre-proposal site survey team, assisting in presentations, negotiations, and final contract approvals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus amidst interruptions.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on financial data and analysis.
  • Demonstrated capability to enhance profitability and innovation across various service lines in alignment with business strategies.
