About This Opportunity
We're a leading financial technology company, Arch, seeking a highly skilled Family Office Account Executive to drive sales execution across enterprise and strategic accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing private investment management.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in banks, institutions, and investment firms to promote the benefits of our platform.
- Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, and conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Leadership to acquire and attract new clients.
- Analyze interactions to bring market insights to our Engineering and Operations teams, improving the core product continually.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of experience selling Fintech solutions, preferably in single-family offices, multi-family offices, or complex financial services.
- A consultative and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends, products, and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position based in our New York City office, offering a competitive salary range of $150K - $220K annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy:
