Job Description
We are seeking a Partner Ecosystem Sales Director to drive growth across the U.S. market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our first system integrator (SI) and vendor partners, taking full ownership of revenue generation through partnership sales, and leading all partnership activities to generate new revenue from existing customers and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow partner-driven revenue across the U.S.
  • Nurture relationships with key partners to drive business expansion.
  • Leverage FintechOS resources to support partner success.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record of exceeding seven-figure sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience in formal sales training and a proactive approach to work.
  • A deep understanding of building revenue opportunities through a partner ecosystem.

Benefits
