As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in promoting our offerings and broadening our client base. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and delivering comprehensive quotes that accurately reflect the project scope.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and generate leads through various methods such as referrals, networking opportunities, online marketing, and outreach calls.
  • Arrange and conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their home improvement requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare precise and detailed written estimates for potential clients, ensuring all project elements are addressed.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales journey, responding to any inquiries or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the project management team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our services in the marketplace.
  • Achieve or surpass sales objectives and contribute to the overall expansion of the company.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales, ideally within the home improvement or construction sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively close deals.
  • Familiarity with tile installation and home renovation processes is advantageous.
  • Capability to read and interpret architectural plans and drawings.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
