Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee the operation of our patient care unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care practices and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- 3 years of experience in an acute hospital environment
- ~2 years of experience in a specialty unit (Emergency)
- Bachelor's Degree
