RN Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality patient care on our Emergency Department unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- 3+ years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency Department.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring nursing staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and achieving excellent patient outcomes.
