About the Role:

The Associate Director for Research and Program Management will lead the execution of research and programmatic initiatives at the Information Futures Lab. Reporting to the faculty director, the incumbent will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Lab, manage staff and budgets, and serve as a strategic partner to the director.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the development and implementation of research and programmatic initiatives
* Manage a team of researchers and program staff
* Develop and manage budgets and resources
* Collaborate with faculty and staff to advance the mission and strategy of the Lab

Requirements:

* Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in investigative research
* Experience managing complex programs and teams
