Job Title: Mobility Status Specialist

At Holman Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Status Specialist to join our team. As a Mobility Status Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and track the status of vehicles with manufacturers and upfitters to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate delays and updates to Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain teams.
  • Upload data and maintain accuracy in Holman's status system.
  • Liaise with OEM and SCS teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinate with Holman's M&D scheduling teams to provide real-time updates on vehicle arrival dates.
  • Provide OEM industry updates to the team.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and office technology.
