Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Witham Family Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing daily front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest issues.
  • Train and mentor front desk staff to ensure a positive work environment and high standards of service.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage reservations efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using software for documentation and communication.
