About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your warm smile, engaging personality, and attention to detail will make all the difference in creating a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized check-in and registration services, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Offer expert knowledge on our hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions, helping guests discover their perfect getaway.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during a guest's stay, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell our hotel's programs and services, driving revenue and enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to delivering exceptional service.
