Your Role:
  • Deliver personalized service to guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of unforgettable.
  • Provide expert knowledge on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services, helping guests make the most of their visit.
  • Manage guest check-ins, registrations, and special requests with precision and care.
  • Proactively resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery, exceeding their expectations.
  • Promote and sell hotel programs, driving revenue and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on emergency procedures and policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff alike.
What We're Looking For:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact on others.
  • An outgoing and engaging personality that shines through in every interaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse guest needs.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
