Position Overview:


The Senior Surgical Solutions Sales Representative (SSSR) is tasked with providing minimally invasive surgical options to hospitals, with a primary focus on the GelPOINT V-Path Transvaginal Access Platform and GelSeal technologies, while identifying colorectal and GYN surgeons.

Working closely with Applied Medical's Field Implementation team, the SSSR is responsible for formulating and executing strategic sales plans that lead to the sustained growth of these technologies.

Utilize a focused, quarterly sales strategy to drive revenue and surpass sales targets.


Engage with high-volume surgical centers to advocate for our GelPOINT V-Path Transvaginal Access Platform and Gel technologies.


Offer clinical expertise and support for all surgical products utilized.


Arrange meetings with key opinion leaders and decision-makers within large health systems to present and discuss Applied Medical's minimally invasive programs, particularly in Colorectal and GYN.


Foster interest and promote the adoption of our GelPOINT V-Path Transvaginal Access Platform and Gel technologies by targeting influential figures within the medical community.

Act as a representative of the Applied Medical brand in competitive settings.


Coordinate a unified strategy through collaboration with corporate accounts and Field Implementation divisions.



Position Qualifications:

Position Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales with a demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement.

Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate and manage cross-functional teams and initiatives.


Must be willing to travel regularly (up to 50% of the time) and manage travel-related expenses (travel time may vary based on individual territories).

Proven self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a robust entrepreneurial spirit.

Documented track record of performance with clear evidence of success.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree


Applied Medical Field Team Members must meet third-party credentialing requirements, which may include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination.


Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 / year.

Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in this specific geographic area.
