About the Role

Mortgage Connect is seeking a highly skilled Closing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the loan closing process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the loan closing process, including reviewing closing instructions and preparing closing disclosure/ALTA documents.
  • Audit loan documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, borrowers, internal staff, and outside agencies to resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
  • Manage and support lender relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting, reviewing daily dashboards for CD prep, closings, and disbursements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
