Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all aspects of the loan closing process, including reviewing closing instructions and preparing closing disclosure/ALTA documents.
- Audit loan documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, borrowers, internal staff, and outside agencies to resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
- Manage and support lender relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform data analysis and reporting, reviewing daily dashboards for CD prep, closings, and disbursements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
