The BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Mortgage Servicing team as a Mortgage Customer Service Agent. As a key point of contact for our mortgage loan customers, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer inquiries related to payment applications, principal curtailments, tax and insurance disbursements, escrow analysis, assumption, adjustable rate mortgages, payoff statements, and other mortgage loan servicing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to mortgage loan customers via phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the Mortgage Servicing team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of mortgage loan servicing processes and procedures to effectively handle customer inquiries.
- Meet or exceed performance standards and goals, including handling 80-100 calls per day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective bilingual communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of professionalism under difficult circumstances.
