Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Support: Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Program Implementation: Assist in the implementation of program plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations, providing emotional support and de-escalation techniques as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident interactions, progress, and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the case management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant residential experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record required.
