About the Role

Pride Resource Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth, effective HR operations and promote a positive, compliant workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also possess the ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations: Provides exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact concerning day-to-day HR inquiries on policies, procedures, and processes.
  2. HRIS Management, Reporting, and Analysis: Maintains and updates all employee profile information in HRIS, generates HR reports for management as needed, and analyzes data to assist with decision-making.
  3. Hiring and Recruitment: Oversees end-to-end recruiting process, including recruiting agency vendor management, updating applicant tracking system, and recruiting.
  4. Onboarding/Offboarding: Conducts internal employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinates with managers on any client on- or offboarding support.
  5. Performance Management: Manages annual performance review process, including administration, communication, and tracking process completion.
  6. Benefits Administration: Manages employee benefits programs, portals, and support vendors, answers benefit eligibility and payroll questions, and researches and resolves issues.
  7. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensures company complies with federal, state, and local labor laws and requirements, ensures employee handbook and company policies are up to date and compliant, and manages version control annually.
  8. Compensation Management: Assists management with compensation benchmarking and annual salary planning.
  9. Training and Development: Maintains learning management modules and ensures all required trainings are incorporated into the system and completed.

This is a hybrid work environment that allows remote work in conjunction with a partial in-office work schedule to be determined by supervisor.
