About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our HR team as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing applications, maintaining job openings, and running new hire reports.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including FMLA, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, and immigration.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct and assist with departmental audits, reporting, and projects.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of progressive human resource experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 per year, based on experience.
