Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Brand Insights & Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading insights strategy and activation for priority brands, delivering actionable insights to drive brand and communication strategy. You will partner on communications and program development, leading deep understanding of consumer targets and insights to inspire creative and media briefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead insights strategy and activation for priority brands, delivering actionable insights to drive brand and communication strategy
  • Partner on communications and program development, leading deep understanding of consumer targets and insights to inspire creative and media briefs
  • Drive research throughout the creative development process, from pre-testing to in-market performance analysis
  • Establish annual learning agendas to advance brand strategy, aligning with local and global partners for maximum impact
  • Activate demand segmentation insights and instill empathy for demand moments with business partners
  • Build strong relationships with global Center of Excellence and Brand Company insights partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years leading primary quantitative & qualitative research to support brand insights & strategy, including advertising testing
  • Experience blending quantitative & qualitative learning for a clear story and action plan
  • Experience building holistic learning plans that integrate data, trends, and primary research
  • Experience analyzing syndicated shopper data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Numerator)
