Job Overview

The Construction Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring contractors adhere to insurance obligations outlined in their agreements and contracts within designated regions. This involves effectively managing the collection, verification, and ongoing maintenance of active Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to guarantee compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and review insurance provisions in contracts to ensure adherence to established compliance standards, facilitating coordination of insurance requirements.
  • Manage COI data collection and input, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all systems, including collaboration with tenants, vendors, and regional offices to address any outstanding issues.
  • Become proficient in the company's tracking and management software, adhering to established procedures for document review and approval.
  • Review and comprehend various insurance-related documents, including policies, cancellations, endorsements, and reinstatements, proactively following up with vendors to ensure timely submission of outstanding COIs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role involving Certificates of Insurance.
