Job Overview

Path Construction, a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices across the country, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction and possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and attention to detail.

The role involves leading and managing project teams, overseeing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, cost control, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
  • Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driver's License with positive motor vehicle report
  • Ability to lift and carry material weighing up to 25 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation, certification training, 401(k), health insurance, and other benefits.
