Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall performance

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of construction experience on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects
  • 100% willing to travel within the United States
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
