Construction Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project teams, including identifying, selecting, and leading team members.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited University and/or College.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Construction – Project Management of Heavy Civil, Commercial, Construction with Federal and State sector projects.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
