Job Title: Real Estate and Construction Project Coordinator
Estimated Salary: $60,000 per year

We are a leading real estate and construction company dedicated to excellence, integrity, and innovation. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our CEO in managing multiple priorities with professionalism, efficiency, and confidentiality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, gathering data, and providing insights to assist the executive team in decision-making.

About the Role:
  • Schedule appointments for the Construction Manager and Property Management Services from inbound leads.
  • Coordinate post-project photos and drone videos with the Construction Manager and photographer.
  • Conduct follow-up outreach on aged projects and track project opportunities.
  • Manage invoice uploads for construction projects.

About You:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • You possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Ecosystem, Asana, Adobe (E-sign, Photoshop), Canva, MLS, Jobber, Gmail, and Airtable.
