We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Management Professional to join our team at Reed Construction. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects.

Job Summary

The Senior Construction Management Professional will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. This includes developing project schedules and budgets, working with vendors to gather pricing and ensuring timely follow-up, performing estimates and takeoffs, and managing project documentation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 1-3 years experience in construction management or similar.

Responsibilities
  • Project Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and stay within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely follow-up on orders and deliveries.
  • Estimating and Takeoffs: Perform estimates and takeoffs to determine project costs and materials needed.
  • Project Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, specifications, and permits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in construction management or similar.
  • Basic understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using project management software like Procore and On-Screen Takeoff.
