Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Safety Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Investigate all incidents and near-misses, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of safety efforts.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • OSHA 30 General Industry Certification and OSHA 500 certification preferred.
  • First aid and CPR certification required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
