Position Title:
Legal Operations Coordinator

America's Auto Auction is in search of a Legal Operations Coordinator to enhance our legal team.

The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing document examination and organization, assisting in legal inquiries and data management, as well as performing various administrative duties such as coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and responding to inquiries.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee document examination and organization
  • Assist in legal inquiries and data management
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity of all legal documents and information
  • Perform various administrative duties such as coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and responding to inquiries
  • Familiarity with the legal process, including legal and medical terminology
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital/electronic systems


We are looking for a driven individual with a keen interest in the legal sector who meets the qualifications outlined above.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal operations role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care
