Role Summary: As the Project Coordinator, you will oversee and synchronize landscaping and maintenance projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with our operations managers. This position entails managing all facets of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with team members to develop and enhance project designs.
  • Perform site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and pinpoint potential challenges.
  • Coordinate timelines to guarantee the timely completion of various project stages.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure that work aligns with design specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of progress, modifications, and communications.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and other resources essential for project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Exhibit excellent time management capabilities.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading or managing a team.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a sense of urgency.
  • Be proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • CDL certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Some familiarity with or ability to communicate in Spanish is beneficial.
Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on experience.
