Our skilled workforce provides specialized consultation on network and weapon systems acquisition, maintenance and modernization initiatives, and sustainment programs, with a focus on Digital Transformation, Advanced Engineering, Physical Sciences Research, Platform Lifecycle Support, and Technical Services.

We are currently in search of a Configuration Management Analyst at the Journeyman level to assist our client in PMA-281. The Analyst will be an integral part of the Configuration Management/Data Management Team, contributing to the daily operations of the Program Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data related to software, aircraft, and product programs.
  • Support the Lead Configuration Manager in maintaining configuration control over acquisition products and documentation, as well as tracking configuration modifications.
  • Assist in the development of Engineering Change Proposals.
  • Utilize the PMA-281 Configuration Management Plan as the primary documentation source for Configuration Management.
  • Implement government-mandated processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
  • Plan and execute configuration management in accordance with EIA-649 (Series) Configuration Management Standards and GEIA-HD-649 (Series) Implementation Guidelines.
  • Help maintain a data repository for storing, controlling access to, and distributing data to authorized personnel.

Additional Duties:
  • Assist in the upkeep of Configuration Management databases.
  • Support the editing of Change Control Board packages.
  • Document meeting minutes effectively.
  • Maintain a Concurrency tracker.
  • Ensure completeness of documentation and track activities related to CDRL Deliverables on the CDRL Tool site.
  • Manage CDRL Tracker for individual contracts and delivery orders.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word, and familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Planner, Lists, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show strong organizational capabilities and the ability to multitask.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the duties outlined above.

Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree is required, or allowable substitutions include an Associate's Degree plus four years of additional relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience without a degree.

Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.
