Job Overview

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is in search of an experienced Systems Engineer to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee the performance and operational integrity of Windows workstations and servers within a Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for both virtual and physical configurations of workstations and servers.
  • Manage IT needs independently, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and security within network infrastructures.
  • Perform administration tasks for Windows 10 and Server 2019.
  • Oversee the virtualization environment for Windows systems utilizing VMWare ESXi.
  • Facilitate vulnerability assessments and utilize tools such as ACAS/Nessus.
  • Administer Active Directory Domain Controllers effectively.
  • Track performance indicators such as disk space, utilization, and overall capacity.
  • Implement cybersecurity protocols in accordance with NIST and RMF C&A Standards.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree coupled with a decade of experience in system administration is preferred.
  • Possess DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE).
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
