Job Overview

Our highly skilled workforce excels in delivering expert consultation on acquisition programs, maintenance and modernization initiatives, and sustainment efforts, focusing on areas such as Digital Transformation, Advanced Engineering, Physical Sciences Research, Platform Lifecycle Support, and Technical Services.

We are currently in search of a Configuration Management Analyst at the Journeyman level to assist our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the Program Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to software, aircraft, and product programs.
  • Support the Lead Configuration Manager in maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data, as well as tracking configuration changes.
  • Assist in the development of Engineering Change Proposals.
  • Utilize the PMA-281 Configuration Management Plan as the primary source documentation for Configuration Management.
  • Implement government-mandated processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Plan and execute configuration management in accordance with EIA-649 (Series) Configuration Management Standard and related guidelines.
  • Help maintain a data repository for storing, controlling access to, and releasing data to authorized personnel.

Essential Duties:
  • Maintain Configuration Management databases.
  • Edit Change Control Board (CCB) packages.
  • Document meeting minutes.
  • Manage the Concurrency tracker.
  • Oversee CDRL Deliverables on the CDRL Tool site, ensuring completeness of documentation and tracking activities with CDRL Owners/Reviewers.
  • Maintain CDRL Tracker for individual contracts and delivery orders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word, with familiarity in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools such as Planner, Lists, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show strong organizational capabilities and multitasking abilities.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the duties outlined above.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with allowable substitutions including an Associate's Degree plus four years of additional experience or six years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs is preferred.

Security Clearance:
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
