Job Summary:

The Store Communications Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination and implementation of store communications, aligning with department strategy, commitments, and goals. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining store communications, including writing, reviewing, editing, and posting content. The ideal candidate will possess excellent information-gathering skills, be analytical, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to stores.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stores, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Manage and distribute status updates and task lists to ensure projects meet scheduled completion dates.
  • Oversee the management of timelines, submit communications, and proof revisions for all store communications.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure store system projects are accurate and functional.
  • Close-out completed projects, documenting results and challenges.
  • Administer the store communication application, addressing user integration issues, account management, end-user support, and routine updates.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for multiple levels of the Operations team and other corporate partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working for a retail company (store or corporate).
  • Familiarity with store communication software, Zebra Task Manager.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Independent thinker and good communicator.
  • Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with others.
  • Innovative problem solver.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a hybrid office environment, with 3 days spent in the corporate office in Charlotte, NC.
