About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Front Office professional to join our team at Apex Dental. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting better oral health for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of our practice, ensuring accurate and timely management of patient accounts.
  • Scheduling and Patient Flow: Coordinate patient appointments, check-in, and check-out processes, working closely with our team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Insurance and Claims: Collaborate with our insurance team to process claims and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Marketing and Public Relations: Work closely with our marketing and public relations team to promote our practice and enhance our reputation.
  • Office Procedures and Policies: Implement and maintain office procedures and policies as directed by our management team.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Assist our management team in responding to inquiries from state boards, government agencies, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Office Support and Personnel Management: Supervise and support our office staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
  • Revenue Cycle Management: Work on patient balances, refunds, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate management of our revenue cycle.
  • Treatment Planning and Coordination: Assist with treatment plan presentations and work closely with our treatment plan coordinator to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Office Infrastructure and Maintenance: Collaborate with our infrastructure team to maintain our office facilities and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Revenue Growth and Profitability: Contribute to the growth and profitability of our practice by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Recent experience in a dental office environment, with a proven track record of success in various roles and duties.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business management, health administration, public health, or a related field is strongly preferred.
