**Job Summary**

Veolia North America is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with ability to work with a variety of equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
