Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise office personnel to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Oversee financial processes including invoicing, accounts payable, and payment distributions using QuickBooks, as well as manage court filings prepared by legal staff.
  • Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and events, including coordinating court schedules for attorneys.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Expertise in document management and organizational systems.
  • Strong skills in office administration, including team and task oversight.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities and manage daily tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
