We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist to join our team at PRIVATE THERAPY SERVICES in Charleston, South Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing medical office tasks, and verifying insurance information.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette and receptionist duties
- Schedule appointments and manage medical office tasks
- Verify insurance information and maintain accurate records
- Develop strong relationships with patients, employees, and external partners
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
