About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Nasdaq-100 Index Ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the global commercialization strategy of the Nasdaq-100 Index Suite, working closely with senior management teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our index-linked investment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the global commercialization strategy of the Nasdaq-100 Index Suite across all types of investment products.
  • Collaborate with senior management teams to effectively drive the strategy, recommending solutions and guiding business resources and activities as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design global strategies for portfolio management of wide arrays of index investment strategies.
  • Identify and drive new global business opportunities for targeting new geographies or client segments.
  • Review and approve solutions and comprehensive business cases that are feasible and growth-oriented.

The ideal candidate will have extensive domain knowledge of global financial data, and the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions. They will also have strong analytics and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with agile methodology and product management.

The base pay range for this role is $139,600 - $232,600. In addition to base salary, we provide a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
