The TeamAs a seasoned leader managing our Market Services audit portfolio, you will be responsible for providing audit assurance through evaluating processes, systems, internal controls, risk management, and governance across the Market Services business segment. Your expertise will ensure effectiveness, industry best practices, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
You will oversee teams leading the audit function responsibilities for Nasdaq's North American and European Market Services, located in the United States and Sweden.
Your Role and Responsibilities- Determine the audit plan for the Market Services audit portfolios, collaborating with the Internal Audit management team and Chief Audit Executive, while partnering closely with senior business leaders for the North American Market Services business and the European Market Services business.
- Execute and report on the design and operating effectiveness of controls and processes, as well as risk management and governance across all risk-creating areas of the Market Services business.
- Deliver results on multiple, concurrent projects, managing conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Plan, scope, and perform audit procedures in specific Market Services areas.
- Provide input to auditees on solutions to address audit findings.
- Maintain relationships with key technology and business stakeholders.
