Corporate Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate Account Executive to join our team at Equinox in San Francisco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our corporate business by fostering existing client relationships, establishing new partnerships, and continuously prospecting for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals by developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and administer existing corporate accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Develop and implement annual wellness calendars, including events and communication with corporate partners, to expand the corporate member base and support clients' health and wellness objectives.
  • Support and create marketing initiatives to generate leads on a national scale, leveraging Equinox's services and products to drive business growth.
  • Network and foster relationships with various contacts within corporate accounts, including HR, department leads, C-level executives, and internal influencers, to strengthen partnerships and increase business.
  • Prospect new business and clients, including existing member base and prospective members, to drive revenue growth and expand our corporate client base.
  • Lead the club-level corporate sales strategy, facilitating daily goal setting with the General Manager and coaching, training, and developing membership advisors in our corporate sales process.
  • Execute multiple corporate events and workshops per club to generate leads and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Previous value-based sales experience preferred.
  • A driven, positive, entrepreneurial spirit with a propensity for leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership record.
  • Personal passion for health and fitness.
  • Enjoy working within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and habits.
  • Previous experience with being evaluated on quantitative metrics.
  • Use and proficiency in E-CRM systems preferred.
  • Portfolio Management experience preferred.
  • Pay Transparency - $70-75K annually, with ability to earn commissions and bonuses.
