Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to build relationships and develop plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts. This role involves generating viable sales leads, prospecting, and communicating account plans to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and develop plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
  • Generate viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, sales events, networking, vendor events, and computer programs.
  • Develop and execute profitable business plans for managing accounts, teaming with sales and key corporate personnel to communicate account plans, pricing, and offer assistance to drive sales.
  • Accountable for attaining assigned sales quota, part margin, and controllable expense objectives.
  • Interact with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve customer and service-related issues.
  • Maintain a current and competent base of product knowledge and apply that knowledge when servicing customers.
  • Maintain and submit all required sales administration reports, regularly attending company meetings.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Outside Sales to professional contractors.
  • Familiarity with Company products and services.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
