About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and passionate Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes that promote physical activity and wellness
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and education in group fitness instruction
- Adhere to Crunch's policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Collaborate with Group Fitness Managers to ensure seamless class scheduling and communication
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or equivalent experience in group fitness instruction
- CPR certification
- Relevant fitness or education certification (AFAA and/or ACE Certification preferred)
