About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN-Psych Adult to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our psychiatric care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to address patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
