About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to adults with mental health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
